Donald F. Lopez – Founder, President
Don is originally from the Washington, DC area and began his insurance career in 1990. For over twenty five years he has made a name for himself in the insurance industry by specializing in voluntary benefits. Don began his career with Lincoln National before moving into the role of District Manager with Colonial Life, both in Richmond and Roanoke, Virginia. His district earned numerous top producing and top district awards for Colonial Life. During his time in management, Don developed solid working relationships with his broker colleagues and as a result began working exclusively with brokers which led to the founding of Worksite Strategies LLC, an enrollment company dedicated to serving brokers.
Rebecca B. Lopez- Account Coordinator
Rebecca has been with the company from the beginning and handles all service and coordination of our accounts.
Worksite has an enrollment team comprised of licensed and trained professionals who are proficient in communicating and enrolling both core and voluntary benefits.
It is our desire to serve our clients with professionalism, dignity and an attitude of understanding and confidence in these changing healthcare times.
